Cedars RV Resort has an opening for an individual or couple to fill Park Operator position. Cedars RV Resort is a private RV Resort consisting of 181 lots located in Malakwa BC. The park operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the park, while providing a safe, clean and well-organized environment for shareholders/owners and their guests.

Reports to : Cedars Board
Summary of Responsibilities:
Park Operator(s) are responsible for the daily operation of the park including infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Operation of water plant and well
Cleaning washrooms, laundry and office as required
Maintaining equipment
Maintaining Septic system
Snow removal
Grounds keeping
Enforce bylaws
Provide information to shareholders and guests
Minor repairs
Provide office support
Skills and Abilities
Ability to keep organized and detailed records regarding park usage, maintenance requirements, etc.
Strong public relations and customer service skills required, must be able to be assertive while maintaining a friendly manner
Previous experience working in an outdoor or RV Resort environment and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
Knowledge of campground and/or grounds maintenance methods and the ability to safely and effectively operate and maintain a wide range of hand tools, power tools, vehicles and equipment
Strong time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Computer skills an asset
Qualifications:
Valid BC Driver’s License & Abstract
XWTP 0200 WaterSafe BC an asset
