Our student-run painting business is currently searching for painters and crew managers in the Salmon Arm area for exterior house painting this summer. No experience is required, we provide training. Painter: For this position, We are seeking individuals with high attention to detail with a willingness to learn. We teach valuable skills and pay more for efficient work. Crew Manager: In addition to painting, A crew manager is responsible for a crew of 2-3 painters. Ensuring the job satisfaction of the painters and the quality of the work. An efficient crew manager is capable of finishing jobs early for bonus pay for them and their crew. Qualifications: -Owning a vehicle is not directly necessary but you must be able to get to and from job sites. -Ability to work from August to April -Attention to Detail -Teamwork and communication skills Compensations: -$20.00-$30.00 per hour piecework pay -Bonuses for staying until the end of the summer -Tips from satisfied clients
