Crew Manager: In addition to painting, A crew manager is responsible for a crew of 2-3 painters. Ensuring the job satisfaction of the painters and the quality of the work. An efficient crew manager can finish jobs early to net bonus pay for themself and their crew. Qualifications: -Owning a vehicle is not directly necessary but you must be able to get to and from job sites. -Ability to work from the end of April to the beginning of September -Attention to Detail -Teamwork and communication skills Compensations: -$20.00-$30.00 per hour piecework pay -Bonuses for staying until the end of the summer -Tips from satisfied clients
